Why can't Sellers provide neutral or negative feedback against Buyers purchasing items?

I can't still believe that eBay hasn't given sellers the right to put their own voices in through feedbacks because when the buyer actually the center can't seem to put a neutral negative feedback regarding experience they had with the buyer. It's ridiculous.

Why isn't this not been put forward for fair change in eBay's policies regarding of feedback?

I've also found that eBay aren't appropriately reviewing feedbacks that are incorrect or likely to be a different type of feedback which maybe a negative experience.

We need change on here

Ebay removed anything but positive feedback for buyers 20 years ago.  It's not coming back.

20 years ago?! And no one has ever questioned it or even though of being it back to bring around a fair balance that doesn't violate Sellers protection against rogue buyers. That's just ridiculous and typical of eBays stupidity
