I've listed an item and clicked buyer pays for the delivery cost but when I view it on my listing page it says 'you pay'. I've double checked that my option is 'buyer pays' but this is concerning as it's quite a heavy item

I managed to get through to an agent on chat and they've reassured me. Just seems odd that previously listings showing 'you pay' meant that I'd clicked on offer free postage and my starting price allowed for that. In fact I still have an old relisted item which does show that ...

At the end of the day it makes no difference, if buyer buys postage label, you only receive the sale price, if not they pay to you the full price including postage and you buy.
It makes no difference which way it is done, you still end up with the same amount.
I would say that labels are frequently wrong, and if buyer has bought label, you cannot cancel it, but still have to pay for proper postage cost.
