What if the item I purchase is fake?

Hello!

I am fairly new to using Ebay but just wanted to ask. I recently took a punt on a purchase, seller has good feedback so thought why not. Here is the item. Since then, I have noticed posts for similar items arriving and being fakes not manufactured in the United States as listed. 

I am waiting for delivery of the item now. If it is a fake, and I request a refund, do I still have to pay to return the item? The item will not be as advertised. 

The item could be genuine but I just want to ensure I have the right information in case it isn't. Thanks.

All you do is start a return (within 30 days) on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
select "Doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.  

You will receive a return postage label paid for by the seller and will be issued with a full refund after the item has been sent back (unless ebay issue the refund without return).
