Wondering if anybody else has had this problem eBay‘s prepaid label gave me a custom size of 61 cm unfortunately when packaged my item was 65 cm and I’ve had to send it via parcel force I can’t seem to get hold of anything on eBay that tells me how to get a refund or add tracking For the item as it is above the dimensions stipulated for a medium parcel.  Has anyone got any contact details cause at the moment I keep getting an automated service I only have my phone

To add the new tracking number and mark as dispatched you still need to generate the original label.   Then go to the More Actions dropdown menu or View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow and change the tracking.   That has to be done on a desktop browser. 

After that if you've paid for the original label you can cancel it here:

Or if the buyer paid for it it will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.
