Ive been explaining it to customer services for 3 hours, ive given up im done with ebay , they push the sellers to use the worst (cheapest (for a reason )) courier company and then refuse to sort out the problems created and expect the buyer and seller to chase after the courier company and take no responsibility or care towards their customers issues , ive used ebay for many years but once me remaining transactions are sorted out and delivered im finished.
