My payouts are on hold, and I'm being asked to verify my details again. I've already done this several times. What's going on, and how can I resolve this?

When you verify your details are you sure you are not giving incorrect information, by using 0 Zero when it should be O letter or vice versa.

everything is correct, i did 5-6 times already, but they keep saying i need to verify (passport same as my payout detail)

I think it's best to contact eBay Customer Services, and ask them exactly which details need verifying.

just did what u told me, called them and they said do a verify again evem though i told them i already tried that. They insiting me that to do it and ended the call after i said i verified. It didnt work btw, ebay sent me an email said i need to verify again.
Is there any solution that u suggest mightw work for me?

Are you in the UK ?, as it appears that your Selling account setup is incomplete --- update your eBay Selling account step by step (using a PC/Laptop is best) including setting UK based current Banking account details for Managed Payments clicking on each of these links >

Yes, i live in UK, how do i know which detail is incomplete? The only incomplete is the verify indenity which is the problem im facing rn. The banking is from natwest. My detail from passport and banking is the same, same name, age, everything.
