My payouts are on hold, and I'm being asked to verify my details again. I've already done this several times. What's going on, and how can I resolve this?

When you verify your details are you sure you are not giving incorrect information, by using 0 Zero when it should be O letter or vice versa.

everything is correct, i did 5-6 times already, but they keep saying i need to verify (passport same as my payout detail)

sorry but my english is not really good. Are u saying i need to remove the payout detail and then put the detail again and verify after that?
