Unwanted Refund

Seller told me he was about to dispatch the tiem, but instead sent me a refund with no explanation. I suspect he didnt get enough for it and deciided to cancel the sale against my wishes. What can i do about this?

You can report him to ebay but they can't force him to sell to you.   Scroll down to "Report a seller" on here:

Did they cancel the order citing Buyer Requests to cancel?  This avoids them receiving a damaging defect on their account.

 

You can if you wish contact eBay Customer Services,  explain you did not agree to the cancellation and were disappointed not to receive your item.  You will not see any action taken but eBay can then add that defect onto the seller's account for cancelling the order without your permission.

 

Lines to CS are closed presently, but reopen tomorrow at 8 a.m.

 

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services from the link below, for a Call Back option.  I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

 

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends

You should of course leave negative feedback and mark down the stars. Just say "seller did not honour the sale" then no grounds for fb being removed.
