I sold a centrifugal juicer which was clearly described and photographed. Someone brought it and left me negative feedback because it was not the pressure cooker they wanted to buy 🤦♂️. They have then left me a one star review because my juicer is not a pressure cooker!! I go to great lengths to ensure that I list correctly, send things quickly and offer an all round great service as I would hope to receive myself. I contacted eBay at the time but they never got back to me and I would really like to have it removed because It is an unfair blemish on my perfect feedback and is not a true reflection of the service I provider as an ebayer. It has been over 90 days now so I can't get it up to recontact eBay. I'd be grateful for any advice on how to get this removed. Thank you

I'm afraid you cannot now as it's too late for any possibility to change that feedback.
There were 30 days in which you could have tried to appease the buyer, and then perhaps they would have accepted a feedback revision, but too late now, sorry.

There are always posts about 'unfair' feedback and generally there are two sides to the story.
However, I do agree that feedback was just silly.
As stated, it is too late now for it to be removed. However, anybody who reads the feedback can clearly see that the buyer was in the wrong.
As you sell more items, your % will rise so, personally, I would not worry about it.
