Unfair feedback

Hi there could anyone of you more experienced sellers give me some advice please I got an order for a stagecoach neck lanyard that I had for sale so I sent it by EVRI the next day so it's on the way and not passed the expected delivery date and the buyer has already left neutral feedback witch I think is completely unfair as the item is on the way and it's not even passed the expected delivery date is there anything I can do
