Hi all,
why am I unable to send an invoice?
The option to send an invoice is not there anymore, what is actually going on?

Unless you are changing / combining postage, there is no need to send an invoice.
There is currently a major issue that members are experiencing that a revised invoice for combined postage cannot be managed. eBay are aware of the tech issue, but to date , no notification of any fix date.
If this is a case for wishing to combine postage, you'll need after payment to refund the excess postage as a partial refund this way:
You may need a PC/laptop and not the app or mobile browser to do this, Chrome and Firefox work best with eBay.

If really necessary, it is SEND PAYMENT DETAILS, which is an invoice. It has reappeared on the items sold page under the item details. Whether it works I will only find out if I need to use it.

It used to say that but “Send payment Details” does not appear now in the drop down list..

You need to look in the correct place, not a drop down menu, but where it always used to br -
