Age verified couriers

Hi all , ive been selling petrol disc cutters on eBay for the past 4 years and today I can't list a machine because of the age verified requirements , I normally use ParcelForce who say they provide this Service , does anybody know what to do , I'm going round in circles , thanks Andy
