I sent item promptly by tracked post, as demanded by ebay. Delivery was attempted but no one was in. I messaged the buyer telling them delivery was attempted and that they now need to reschedule delivery or collect it from the sorting office. 3 days later still no reply and still undelivered.
eBay now withholds my money until after delivery. Customer support agent tells me MY MONEY will only be released after 14 days from date of sale if delivery is not confirmed, despite tracking showing delivery was attempted. Ridiculous!
Once I finally get my money, I WILL BE CLOSING MY EBAY ACCOUNT!
