Unable to make an offer

The app doesn’t allow to make an offer to the seller, asks to provide new payment method, although there were no changes in my card details. Even when I try to re-register my bank card, it doesn’t resolve the problem…

The app can be sadly lacking,  and often glitchy for some options or features.

For now, and to make that offer,  can you switch to a laptop / PC and try Chrome,  that seems to work well with eBay,  and try from there.
