24.07 I send international parcel to EU by eBay -UPS. It didn't arrive to buyer until now. And on tracking is only info about delay - no reason, not possible to estimate delivery date ( first one was 02.08). No way to get any explanation from UPS, I send email but I didn't get answer. eBay still hold my money, I'm afraid ever forever... Anyone experiencing similar issues? And How to get money and help buyer to get his item?😒I attach screenshot from tracking.
