Hi everyone,
Have a slightly tricky problem. A buyer bought 2 CD's ONE had SIMPLE DELIVERY the other was normal post.
I (rather stupidly in hindsight) packed them together and posted them both Tracked Delivery. It would have been more sensible to send them both through Simple Delivery, Cheaper too!!
But, now I cannot confirm the Simple delivery order, and I have to confirm it by the end of today, 5th. !!
Help! what can I do?!
