Trying to leave feedback

I went to leave a seller some feedback and the page went to "review product".

I want to leave the seller feedback not the product.

Is this the new normal?

Is Ebay trying to stop us leaving sellers feedback for fear it may be negative?

All seems very odd to me.

Never seen it, but have heard about this silly idea.

Play them at their own game and leave feedback in review product box.
