Are you using the app or mobile browser here?  Others have been reporting the same issue on that device.

For now,  can you switch to a PC / laptop and use Chrome,  you'll probably succeed in paying with that combination.

Im using the app as i haven't a laptop. Tried 're installing eBay app and same thing happens.Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

Try using ebay website on phone instead of app.
