I have just won an item , trying to pay but payment requesting phone number , iten is collection only no option to add phone number , payment will not proceed without phone number ??? having been trying to get help from ebay and not manged to speak with  anyone. would really appreciate some help .

Try putting made up number. 

Until you pay, seller can't give you his address. 

You also need collection code to give him.
