Tracking details provided to seller

I have sent an item to the buyer and provided a tracking number. However, on the eBay app, it doesn’t show any updates or movement from the point of postage to delivery. If you click on the tracking number, it redirects to the Parcelforce website, where it is recorded as delivered, along with a photo of the delivered item. Despite this, my funds are still on hold. Could you please advise how to update the tracking on eBay to reflect that the item has been delivered?

Yep,  it is annoying ,  more so when you are relying on it to release held funds, but eBay tracking is notoriously slow to update.

 

If it has shown delivery wait a few more days,  if funds are not released,  contact eBay Customer Services,  provide them with those updated tracking numbers and ask if they could kindly release your payout, currently on hold.

 

This is the easiest and quicket way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

 

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
