Can't view images on Private message

no images to be seen, same with some other previous messages so is it a settings issue? I appreciate this is a private message but there's not personal information or anything private shared so assumed the ss is ok.

Thank you for your message. There is an open tech issue at the moment with pictures showing on messages. Its currently being worked on and once there is an update on a fix I will update the thread here.

Tech have confirmed the issue with attaching pictures to messages has been fully resolved. If it is still impacting you please let me know.
