The buyer has not responded to my questions or my request for a refund. Besides, he has only sold two items, and the other one got a negative review. I didn't notice it when I placed the order. Could you please refund me? I'm in a hurry to buy something else.

I think you mean seller has not responded?

A buyer can only ask for a cancellation for their order and refund, but a seller can refuse.

All you can then do is to wait for the item to arrive and if they have a Returns Accepted on their listing, send it back for a  'change of mind reason' , pay for that tracked return postage, for your refund.
