Terrible eBay advert with two males shouting over antisocial audio speakers in a small residency ?

Who does one complain to; is being shown on Youtube and Netflix, perhaps other channels, also secondary variant published on youtube.com/@eBayUKofficial; like 2x 1m tall 500w (?) cabinet speakers, 2x idiots, one also turning antisocial, both shouting over them in addition to nuisance music at the end; gathered message being "what a great idea!" to do that in small terraced houses, no less; from eBay:

Q. Intentional misfeasance of the advertising team, or just total stupidity ?

You can complain about any advert to the ASA (The Advertising Standards Authority) who have a website and an online complaints form.

Is there anybody in house ?, i have been there before and is a very high threshold of confirmations of intent towards negligence of which again to a reasonable person is the Q. Intentional misfeasance of the advertising team, or just total stupidity ?

  • Social Responsibility: Ads should not incite illegal or anti-social behaviour:

I.e. As resulting in EPA 1990 (g) noise emitted from premises so as to be prejudicial to health or a nuisance.

Comes down to POA 1986: (3) A person is guilty of an offence under section 4 only if he intends his words or behaviour, or the writing, sign or other visible representation, to be threatening, abusive or insulting, or is aware that it may be threatening, abusive or insulting.

Q. Is one really insulted or just in dismay at how entire advertisings division of multinational company could create, pass that mess ?

- way back when eBay used to share neighbourhood principle...

You can write to Ebay at their London address.

Can I advise, that, if you do so, you use plain language and grammatically correct sentences?

Your opening sentence makes no sense and misuses 'misfeasance'.

'Is there anybody in house ?, i have been there before and is a very high threshold of confirmations of intent towards negligence of which again to a reasonable person is the Q. Intentional misfeasance of the advertising team, or just total stupidity ?'

Misfeasance, nonfeasance, and malfeasance are types of failure to discharge public obligations existing by common law, custom, or statute:

Q. why do you think your answer was accepted as solutions ?
