Stopped working

I bought a item listed as new less than 2 months ago but as now stopped working  am I intteled to a  replacement or a refund  or nothing at all  thanks

Sorry but it's too late to do anything about it via ebay.   They only allow 30 days for claims.    You can certainly ask the seller and see what they say.    If they refuse you could contact your payment provider and see if they will help with a refund.

Depends whether you bought from a business or private seller.

Ebay won't help now as it's over their 30 day money back guarantee period.

You could try your payment provider if the seller won't help voluntarily.

Paypal allow 30 days now the same as eBay for item not as described claims,they do not offer any guarantee
