As seller proved delivery, ebay will believe them.

Complain to DPD or Try your payment provider.

Is there a photo or clear evidence that this isn't your address?

Re: Stolen/missing parcel DPD

Hi i have emailed DPD with no response and I will contact KLARNA today i
don't understand how the money back guarantee and buy protection doesn't
protect me in anyway I see online that people all around the world has had
this issue this is a massive security risk for customers buying product's
of your platform this isn't good enough being told to look for my parcel by
seller thats awful service i spent almost £2.000 this week and this is the
treatment I get all of my experience msgs from seller and eBay i will
share online with the whole world to see this issue is terrible

Re: Stolen/missing parcel DPD

This issue happens with lots of sites and carriers, not just ebay.

Re: Stolen/missing parcel DPD

If your item is marked as received and signed for then Ebays "bots" will close this case in the sellers favour - you can contact Ebay and speak to them to look into this matter (buyer protection)

The DPD tracking will often have GPS which will pinpoint to the door also if you have any evidence that this wasnt your door on any image  (eg if it doesnt match the Google map) you can use this as proof to Ebay

If the above provides no result you need to contact your card provider and open a "Chargeback" - you will need to prove that its not you as above.
