Still waiting for payment that’s on hold

Why does it take so long to be paid now for items sold.  I sold an item on Monday. Buyer received Tuesday and I am still waiting on the release of payment? 
This is so frustrating…is anyone else experiencing this? And what can you do about it?

If it's due to your being classed as a new seller it will be held for 30 days.   If item is untracked or the tracking is not showing delivered it will be held for 14 days.   If the tracking is showing delivered on the courier's website but not ebay you can contact them to get your money released using callback on here:
