Simple delivery how do I opt out

Hi can anyone tell me how I opt out of Simple delivery when first listing an item? Thanks

You can only opt out for letter items (not large letter) under £10/100g, or for extra large/heavy items, and for items over £750.   

Even with these eligible items there's a problem opting out but see the workaround on here:
