Ebay postage

I am trying to post a package as I have just sold an item but when I try and print the prepaid address labelbay is telling me "something went wrong" and will not generate a label.  Does anybody know how I can get ebay to resolve the issue so I can get the package sent?

eBay can be glitchy on a Friday morning, the usual day they do site maintenance, so try again later.   If no luck you could contact ebay and see what they say.  You can request a callback on here:
