Are you actually checking this on Royal Mail's Track & Trace online, or eBay's tracking notification ? eBay's tracking can be slow to update!
I wouldn't worry as your buyer will soon inform you if their item has not arrived, and if you have used Simple Delivery, then eBay will handle any necessary refunds.
If your payout is being delayed because eBay's tracking hasn't updated and RM shows it has, you can contact eBay Customer Services for them to update this for you, so your payout can be released sooner.
