I bought some car cleaning products from a seller and got a good deal unfortunately he put everything in a box without packaging numerous bottles spilled there contents seller failed to accept responsibility for his actions I left negative feedback and posted 3 pictures
Within a month the seller posted the exact same advert with identical pictures and got positive feedback from supposedly another buyer

The other item with identical pictures was sold before yours on 21st February.
The seller may have had two lots of similar items to sell and just used the same pictures.
The buyer may have asked to cancel the purchase and left positive feedback in error.
If you had opened a return, you would have got a full refund.

adding to the advice already given -
Unfortunately if the seller knows the rules they can get your feedback removed as you said - "I threatened with eBay intervention".

You have missed the point. What the seller subsequently listed and sold to another buyer is their concern.
You were entitled to a fulll refund, with the seller being required to pay for the return postage. If the contents had leaked eBay probably wouldn't even have required you to return it.
In feedback you complain that the seller did not offer you and refund. That's not how it works. You need to use eBay's money back guarantee - you may still be able to do so if it's within 30 days of delivery. See:
