Selling restrictions

Where do I go from here. 

- I've spoken to 5 eBay staff over text chat and they were all useless. 

- I've highlighted the issue ( my sellers account is restricted due to a negative balance of £10 that I can't pay because eBay won't invoice me)

They say I'll receive it in 3 working days and iv been trying this for 2 months. 

-Never known such an unsupporting company

A minus (eg. - £10.00 ) sum/amount on an account generally means that you have an eBay Credit due --- or do you owe eBay for unpaid fees ?

 Suggest using a PC/Laptop to recheck all  your settings using these links including placing Current UK Banking account and Card details on file in order to send and receive payments  through eBay  Managed Payments. >
