Selling issue

Hi,  need advice sold an item took it to post office with QR code .  post office said not enough postage paid you have to start again,  cannot cancel label as it  says it's over 14 days old but it's not,   go to the bot to get a call but it thinks im in Ameica so won't accept phone number ?fustrated

You can either cancel/refund the transaction with buyer's agreement (via the dropdown actions menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again. 

 

Or buy postage out of your own pocket and change the tracking number via the dropdown menu or View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow.   That needs to be done on a desktop browser.
