Faulty t-shirt

I recently purchased a t-shirt. Put it through the washing following the instructions exactly and the picture on the front came off. I've contacted the seller who has basically called me a liar. Probably wouldn't bother except the t-shirt was £20. Not sure what to do next. Never had this bother before in about 20 years of using eBay.

select "Doesn't match description" and escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.
