I was interested in buying a car on eBay( private seller ) but I decided to check the history of the car and found out it was an insurance cat n write off .
There was no mention of this in the listing so I mentioned it to ebay and ebay looked in to it and said there wasn't a problem .
Surely this is wrong, they seller is advertising something that may have serious problems and the buyer could get something they may be stuck with .
