Seller waiting for return label

Buyer wants to return item so processed return (eBay forced me to refund even though I haven't received item) and now stating that they don't have return label so won't post it at their own expense (understandably). How do I get EBay to stand in and send return label?

Correct way is buyer opens case, you issue returns label & only refund once received back.

If you refund 1st, ebay assume you don't want item back, so close case & label not available.

This is now between you & buyer to sort,

you can send money for postage, not through ebay or arrange your own label with carrier.
