I asked the seller to send me an invoice in the messages and he replied saying that the invoice was attached.
I replied and said that nothing was attached. He said that he couldn’t send the invoice in the messages and he would post it to me instead.
I requested him to email it to me instead and I told him all retailers have already sent me the invoices in the messages so I wouldn’t see any issues in doing that. He has been ignoring me completely now and is not responding to messages. It’s a large invoice and I need it for book keeping purposes. What can I do?
