Seller not co-operating

So, I've had a message from Evri via their tracking.... My parcel has been destroyed completely. I've messaged the seller, who is refusing a refund without the item or photos. I've sent them screenshots of the evri tracking. They just became hysterical and refused.

For some reason, the delivery date on ebay is the middle of October, so I can't claim item not received for 2 months, which is ridiculous. SO now we're both just waiting for time to tick by. Presumably they are hoping that I forget about it.

Is there anything else I can do? Or do I just have to wait? It's only £20 so not life and death, but it's just a pain in the a"*!

Is there still an ebay online help option? If there is, I can't find it.

Any advice would be gratefully received.

Seller not co-operating

You will get a refund when you open a case using "Damaged" as the reason   If it was sent by a private seller using Simple Delivery it will be ebay who refund, the seller keeps the payment.

You can ask ebay to check the timescale.   Request a callback on here:
