Hello, community. I need your help. I ordered a collection of clarinet books for 130€. I have been waiting for almost a week now and the seller, hasn’t replied to any of my messages, send the order or atleast prepare it. Have you been in a situation like this? What should I do? Please help me out! Thanks!

Assuming it works the same in Greece, if you haven't received the item by the day after the expected delivery date given to you when you paid, you open a case for item not received.

Where are the books coming from?
I don't know what the postage system is like in Greece, but in the UK, after 'almost a week' I would not consider my item was late.
The seller may have posted the books but just not marked them as sent.
Find the email you got from Ebay when you paid, check the latest estimated delivery date and, as advised, if and when your purchase is 'officially' late, open an item not received case.

Your seller is in the US and using eBay International Shipping, you should have an estimated delivery date in your order confirmation but looking at the listing I wouldn't expect it much before late to end of November
Further enquiries should be directed to www.ebay.com
