Seller decided to cancel my order as he wanted more money even though I won the auction

I won the auction but seller didn’t post it, after a week I contacted him and he said he didn’t know if he wanted to sell it for the price I paid and said he would let me know in 24hrs, I heard nothing and then he refunded me, I want to report this but trying to do that on eBay is impossible

You can not force a seller to sell  and neither can ebay.

What reason did they give for cancelling. If they stated you requested the cancellation.

Weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Weekends they open between 9 a.m. aand 6 p.m.
