Seller has sold resealed two Pokemon Paldean fates boxes (which were described as new), with open packs inside. The seller was dismissive of the issue when I explained what had happened, despite having video and photo evidence of the resealed packs.
I was planning on keeping the products sealed for the long term, but decided to open these products yesterday with my sister. Over 28days has passed since the sale/receiving the item.
i have video evidence of opening one of the products and there being already open packs inside, is there anything that eBay will be able to do to help me? Is there a way I can share the video with eBay to get money back? Or do I have to take this one on the chin?
