Royal Mail, say delivered. Customer, says not delivered on 2nd class standard postage

I am pulling my hair out. I posted an item via Royal Mail 2nd class (not signed for) , have receipt of postage and the Royal Mail website says it was delivered on a date and time. Customer says she has not received it. What do I do because she has put a "not received " notification to EBay. Please help.

Send a scan of the Royal Mail's delivery information to the eBay case asap.

If buyer has opened an inr, firstly have you put the 16 digit code in to the case where it says upload tracking? Also ensure it's been entered on your seller hub under dispatched items. 

personally I would then through the case send a polite message stating that Royal Mail delivered the item on the date and time shown from their website and ask buyer if it has or was perhaps left in a safe place.
