Routine account check

Hi all,

Our account was recently put under suspension, after checking with eBay we were told this was due to a routine account verification process.

After providing all documents requested we were told the account was released from the suspension.

Even though we have had a business on eBay for 8 years and are a Top Rated seller with 100% feedback and no defects they have placed a hold on funds and our listings are currently not showing in any searches.

After been told by numerous customer service reps that no restrictions are in place we still have the above problems, we just wondered if any other sellers have encountered this and how they resolved as we are getting nowhere with eBay.

Have you checked your seller metrics to make sure that there aren't any defects?
