I did a trial run with three sales, purchasing the postage label from eBay for 48hr Tracked Royal Mail delivery. This all went smoothly so I went ahead and invested in a label printer. However, since then when I try to print a label I get a message at the top of the screen in red “Something is wrong. Please try again later” and cannot purchase the label. Please help.
