I recently ordered a pet carrier, I never received  it, I got a email a day later saying refunded, I left a negative review as it was required for my pets surgery, I didn't lie I was honest, saying it hadn't been sent, refunded but that takes upto 5 days  I didn't have 5 days until the surgery, so I was out of pocket, they've messaged me saying I've affected there business, and they offered a replacement,  I didn't receive that offer and it wouldn't have been suitable,  so my review states I personally have been put off and wouldn't order from them, it's not a nasty review it happened x

A seller will always try and resolve a matter with a buyer who leaves a negative feedback.

 

Actually they do not know feedback rules, because you mentioned a refund, and that breaks feedback rules, the seller could call Customer Services to have it removed.

 

The excuse for cancellation was out of stock,  this will bring a damaging defect to their account.

 

If you are happy to leave that feedback than do so, if you wish it removed,  ask the seller to send you a feedback revision to complete.
