Hi, i ordered table on 2nd june and i didn't like the table and ask seller for refund. Already returned it by my self and not seller is not answering, first he said he will give a refund once he received it , i already sent tracking details too and then he's not answering from two days. i am attaching screenshots of conversation with seller as a proof. Here is the order number 26-13130-97952

The only way to ensure a refund is to always open the relevant case for the item, enter the tracking number into the case details of the item sent back,  and once the item is received,  the seller has 48 hours to refund you.  If they don't,  you escalate the case,  ask eBay to step in and they'll force the refund.

 

If you refunded outside an eBay case you cannot turn to eBay for help,  and will be relying on the seller's honesty to now refund you.

We don't know what procedure you followed through eBay to request this return but your seller's returns policy is to accept returns so if you raised the request correctly through eBay and uploaded a tracking number to prove delivery you should have no trouble in getting one.

 

If you made a DIY return without going through eBay, eBay won't be able to help. This may be a problem, because although  the seller seems to have a distribution base in Birmingham, they are actually in China. Unless done through eBay, enforcement of returns and refunds against sellers in China is likely to be impossible.
