Returns label lost

I received a label to return an item and before I could print it the QR code disappeared soon after the refund was processed all in the space of 5 minutes.

i wouldn’t have expected a refund till the seller received it.

ive asked seller to send me it again but they are finding it difficult .

what can we do ?

Correct way is seller issues returns label and only refunds on return. 

If they refund 1st, ebay assume they don't want item back and close case, postage label not available. 

Politely Message seller and say if they want item back they need to send label or money,

  this can't be done through ebay.
