I bought an item on eBay and returned it due to poor packaging and damage to the item. Why did you remove it and deny me permission to comment? I should be able to write about my bad experience with this seller.

No one here removed it, I presume you mean feedback left,  you are not speaking to eBay here,  but to members like yourself.

There are feedback rules to follow, if you mention anything about a case,  a refund,  or any eBay involvement this breaks those rules,  and the seller can ask for it to be removed.

We cannot comment further,  as we do not know exactly what you wrote.
