Returns Dispute

Hi, how can i get in touch with a real person instead of robots when contacting EbayUK. I am trying to return an item but the seller has rejected the request even though the item does not work.

If a seller was able to reject a returns case where the reason was does not work  the case must have been opened after the 30 day deadline.

If so, that's it for claiming through eBay.

As advised, if you have had the item more than 30 days, you can't open a return or make any claim through Ebay.  Speaking to Ebay won't help - the rules are the rulles.

If you received it less than 30 days ago, what did you buy and what reason did you give when you started the return?

You may still be able to claim through your payment provider but more information would mean better advice.

Have you "actually" tried to open a case within 30 days of the delivery to you?

If so there is no way that a a seller can close a case for "faulty" or "not as described".  You do not contact the seller [who may attempt to mislead you, sadly] but open the case from the item.  If you have passed the time limit you can try Paypal [if used] or your payment provider.
