Hi, Bought an item but it came damaged, Had to open a return through Ebay as seller wasn't responding even though it says returns accepted, on the very last day before Ebay steps in they sent a return label through Ebay , the problem is this label is for a small box the item is 1.8m x 60cm far to large and has to be sent by courier/parcel force. Ebay don't understand this as it's all automated, how do I go about getting the correct label as it just says print and send back before 31st December.
