Refunds to an old payment method

I’ve had a refund sent to an out of date payment method/card. How do I contact EBay to resolve this?

If it's gone to a closed account it will just bounce back to eBay and await details of the new account number which you can change here:

https://ppcapp.ebay.co.uk/myppc/wallet/list

If your card is just being updated because your old card is out of date ,then it will be the same account.
